摘要: Science and technology is the first productivity. The development of modern science and technology accelerates the pace of social economic development, especially the rapid development of scientific research of information technology, which plays an irreplaceable role in today's society. Laboratory is an important place for the development of scientific research of information technology. The construction system and management mode of laboratory have entered a new era of information technology management. This paper explores the management mode of information laboratory, the existing problems at this stage and puts forward the corresponding solutions, which aiming to provide reference for laboratory managers.
