摘要: China is the largest country of fish farming. The community structure of intestinal microbial in fish is crucial for healthy and green fish culture. However, sturgeon recirculating aquaculture is still at the initial stage and the cultured fish intestinal microorganisms are not very clear. Here, the microbial community composition, structure and function of the intestinal microorganism of Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedti), Amur Sturgeon (Acipenser schrenckii) and hybrid sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedti female x Acipenser schrenckii male) at the recirculating aquaculture model were investigated by the Illumina high throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis. Our results showed that the relative abundance of Firmicutes, Proteobacteria and Chlamydiae were the most important phyla in sturgeon gut. At the genus level, Enterococcus and unclassified_f_Chlamydiae, Aeromons and Bacillus were the main genera. Although the intestinal microbial composition structure of hybrid sturgeon was similar with its maternal gut bacteria, the diversity and abundance of intestinal microbial communities were significantly different (p < 0.05). Furthermore, metagenome showed sturgeon gut microbes mainly involved in nutrient absorption, transportation and others metabolism function. Our experiment provides a reference for the research on the construction of recirculating aquaculture system of healthy fish breeding.
