Determination of retrorsine in orange peel by Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass

摘要: A method for the determination of retrorsine in orange peel by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was established. The acetonitrile (containing 0.1% formic acid) was extracted, ionized by electrospray ionization with positive ion mode and determined by multi-reaction monitoring mode. The results showed a good linearity in the range of 0.2-2.0 ng/mL, and the correlation Coefficient R-2 was 0.998453. The average recoveries of the three additive levels were more than 70% and the RSD was 0.19%-1.57%. The method was sensitive and rapid, and could be used for the determination of retrorsine in orange peel by ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.
