摘要: Valienamine, [(1S,2S,3S,4R)-1-amino-5-(hydroxymethyl)cyclohex-5-ene-2,3,4-triol], was first isolated from the microbial degradation of validoxylamine A with Pseudomonas denitrificans. Later, it was produced from the degradation of validoxylamine A with Flavobacterium saccharophilum or from the N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) cleavage of validoxyl-amine A or its derivatives. Its related pseudoaminosugars include valiolamine [(1S)-(1,2,4/3,5)-1-amino-5-hydroxymethyl-2,3,4-cyclohexanetriol], hydroxyvalidamine [1-amino-5-hydroxymethyl-2,3,4,6-cyclohexanetetrol], and epi-valiolamine [5-amino-1-hydroxymethyl-1,2,3,4-cyclohexanetetrol].
