摘要: This is the first report of the complete genome sequence of Pineapple mealybug wilt-associated virus-1 (PMWaV-1 HN, KJ872494) identified on pineapple [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.] in Hainan island, China. The genome is 13,069 nucleotides long, possessing seven open reading frames (ORFs). The ORF1 encodes a 233 kDa polyprotein which has PRO protease domain, MTR methyltransferase domain and HEL helicase domain; The ORF2 similar to ORF7 encode RNA-dependent RNA polymerase protein (RdRp), a 6 kDa protein (p6), heat shock 70 homolog protein (HSP70h), a 46 kDa protein (p46), coat protein (CP) and a 24 kDa protein (p24), respectively. Full-length nucleotide sequence analysis of PMWaV-1 HN genome confirmed it 97.99 % homology with PMWaV-1 (AF414119) which was isolated from Hawaii, USA. Furthermore, based on Maximum Likelihood method, all conserved trees of RdRp, HSP70h and CP proteins sequences revealed that PMWaV-1 HN together with other PMWaV-1 isolates clearly separated into PMWaV-1 group.
