摘要： Gold(I)-catalyzed highly regioselective hydration of alkynylsulfonamides for synthesis of N-ketosulfonamides in 85%-96% yields. The reaction used water as a nucleophile, which had the advantages of mild reaction conditions, good functional group tolerance, high regioselectivity, high yield, and 100% atomic economy (without generating by-products or waste). This might endow this method with great potential in green synthesis of N-ketosulfonamides compounds.
