摘要: Ramie is a perennial bast fiber crop. Plant tissue culture and genetic transformation have become powerful tools for scientific research and important means of agricultural production. In this study, the research progresses on several aspects of tissue culture and genetic transformation were generalized. The existing problems and prospects have also been discussed to provide scientific basis for the promotion of research on ramie tissue culture and genetic transformation.
