摘要: To elucidate the residue behavior, degradation dynamics, and cumulative dietary intake risk of typical pesticides on spinach in cool climate region, field experiments were carried out in Beijing, China. The study aimed to assess the compatibility of current pesticide registration labels with the unique climatic conditions of cool areas. The hazard index (HI) and point of departure index (PODI) were used to evaluate the cumulative dietary intake risk on spinach. Results indicated that the half-lives of imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, dimethomorph, acetamiprid, and pymetrozine on spinach ranged from 1.88 to 9.12 days, with final residue levels between 0.02 and 5.11 mg/kg. The long-term dietary risk quotients for these pesticides on spinach grown in open fields ranged from 8 % to 20 % of acceptable daily intake, while the short-term risk probabilities ranged from 3 % to 9 % of acute reference dose. The chronic cumulative HI and PODI values were 0.3540 and 0.3526, respectively, and the acute cumulative HI and PODI values were 0.1421 and 0.1406, respectively. The cumulative risk assessment of multi-pesticide residues on spinach in cool open-field indicated that the risks to human health were at acceptable level to human health.
