摘要: In order to meet the requirements of the domestic agricultural machinery automatic navigation technology requirement, the method for support agricultural priority drivers manually operated steering are proposed, and the electro-hydraulic automatic steering scheme is designed. Taking Dongfeng DF554 tractor as the platform, electro-hydraulic proportional steering control system are developed which includes electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve, a priority valve, hydraulic-pressure sensor, angular sensor and so on. The steering step test results show that the system has good rapidity and accuracy. In addition, the automatic / manual switch test results showed that the system has a short response time from automatic steering state to driving state when the automatic navigation system fails.
