摘要: The control system adopts module programming. Traits of crop seed collection, in the form of assembly line in IO Control port, X86 industrial computer for hardware configuration, Control to the MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated System) for the software development platform. Simulation at various stages of crop seed measurement, programming to realize the data real-time records, fault display, Sequential control system, manual/automatic switch, etc. And designed a discrete particle detection method in the process of transfer and assembly line process control strategy, the test results show that the system can ensure grain transfer testing and high-speed operation.
