摘要： Thioacidolysis procedure was used to deploymerize the lignin of poplar (hardwood), conifer (softwood) wood and grass. The degradation products were ananlyzed with Gas Chromatography (GC). The results showed that Thioacidolysis is more applicable to the wood lignin analysis than that of grass. Also, this procedure was used the determinate lignin structure of one transgenic poplar wood, which lignin biosynthesis was depressed.
