摘要: FeCo alloy nanoparticles were synthesized by a new reduction process in liquid phase with sodium borohydride and L-ascorbic acid as reductant, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as surfactant. The structure and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated by laser particle size analyzer, X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, selected-area electron diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer. The nanoparticles obtained are nearly spherical and have a body-centred cubic structure. The average size of the particles is 75 nm. The saturation magnetization and coercivity are 56.6 emu/g and 20 Oe, respectively. The FeCo nanoparticles do not indicate an ideal superparamagnetic behaviour with no hysteresis at room temperature.
