摘要： Frangipani mosaic virus (FMV) is a member of the tobamovirus group, a group of plant viruses with monopartite, (+) sense RNA genome. Now, members of the tobamovirus such as TMV-U1(Goelte, 1982), ToMV (Ohno, 1994), PMMV (Alonso, 1991), TMGMV (Solis, 1990), CGMMV (Ugaki, 1991), ORSV (E04305) had been reported and characterized. We present here the partial sequence of the 3' end of the genomic RNA of FMV.
