摘要： As the main body of agriculture structure adjustment, the farmer's technology and education level and their market-managing ability will directly affect the process and effect of rural economic structure adjustment. The traditional models of agrotechnical extending and traditional transmitting ways can't satisfy the need of economic development which needs higher education level laborers and higher technology. In the basic of research and analysis to farmer's studying behavior and studying obstacles, Beijing Distance Information Service Engineering Center for Rural Area lead modern distance education technology into agrotechnical extending and information service. It also built up the rural distance information service system, which covers Beijing's all districts township and villages.
