摘要: In order to solve the inverse identification problem of material dynamic constitutive parameters while cutting the thread, and obtain the parameters which can describe the material dynamic mechanical properties correctly. The MSARS algorithm was adopted in this paper, and by the use of this algorithm, a Johnson-Cook model parameters inverse identification research which used known thread material constitutive model as validation test model was completed. The result showed that the algorithm was able to obtain relatively correct parameters in less iteration, thus proposed a reliable method to obtain the material parameters during the process of finite element simulation, and guarantee the credibility of numerical simulation.
