摘要： THe wireless network has covered the most areas in China. The text is research on rural streaming media platform based on wireless network. The streaming media distribution system and teaching management system are developed. It has solved the problems of video encoding and decoding to make the users get agriculture science and technology through telephone. The video is fast response, a small delay, and playing clearly and smoothly. The users view and download video courseware, and the information is from the “fixed” to “move”, from villages to home, and then to the person.
