Optimization on Key Technology Parameters for Sparassis crispa Productivity

摘要: This study was carried out to obtain the technological parameters for year-round cultivation of Sparassis crispa. The result indicated that the optimal temperature of mycelia growth of S. crispa was 22 ℃ and the optimal water content of substrate was 65 % ; material quantity in the range of 300-315 g/bag could satisfied the nutrition requirement in the industrial cultivation.
