摘要: In order to obtain molecular marker of resistant gene Ty-2 in tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.),4 resistant homozygous lines (Ty-2/Ty-2) and 4 susceptible lines (ty-2/ty-2) were amplified by specific primers.The PCR fragments for the resistant homozygous and susceptible lines are 900 bp and 800 bp long,respectively.No Ty-2 resistant gene in Defoe F2,which show resistance to the TYLCV in field.Meanwhile,Only 1 line has the Ty-2 resistant homozygous gene,5 hybrid lines,and the remaining 26 lines have no Ty-2 resistant gene in the 32 unknown genotype lines.This marker,which can distinguish resistant and susceptible lines,is a co-dominant marker tightly linked to Ty-2 gene.By repeated verification,this marker can be used in assisted selection of tomato disease resistance breeding.
