摘要: To solve the problem of information resource integration and sharing has becoming increasingly urgent. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research achievements, the author defines the concept of Information Resources Integration from the perspective of information resource rearrangement, information system optimization, information resource integration platform and technologies respectively. The author proposed that information resource integration is the basis of solving the problems of incompatibility between different agricultural information service platforms, sharing difficulties, disorganization of internal resources, simple information service delivery, and inefficient services. It is also mentioned, agricultural information resources integration covers four layers: base layer, data layer, semantic layer, and application layer, and assured by co-construction and sharing mechanism. Data layer integration can be accomplished under the unified agricultural information resources management and service standards, semantic layer integration will be achieved by constructing the agricultural knowledge grid, all kinds of information service system are functionally connected smoothly through the application of middleware technology, form a new model of agricultural information resource sharing service under the cooperative application of "Computer + mobile + fixed telephone."
