摘要: Rapid hypoxia of the aquaculture water is one of the important factors that cause large area death of the aquaculture animals. The monitoring for the dissolved oxygen (DO) of the aquaculture water is very important to the safety of the aquaculture production. An intelligent monitoring system for DO of the aquaculture water is designed which provides a powerful technology method for maintaining the DO level of the aquaculture water in a good range. The optical and polarographic DO sensor, the NB-IoT low-power and narrow-band communication technology and the programmable logic controller (PLC) technology are used to build this system which realizes the full-automatic and intelligent monitoring for DO of the aquaculture water. A continuous monitoring test for DO of the experiment Kio pond is made while the DO standard is set between 5 to 8mg/L in summer. Analyzing result from the data records of the system and the artificial sampling shows that the response time of the system reaches 5.92s. The system can control the circuit breaker of the oxygen-increasing machine intelligently without the human intervention. The system can also send the alarm message and feedback the working status of the oxygen-increasing device to the aquaculture manager and technician. The result shows that the system can replace the traditional artificial DO monitoring and the field control mode of the aquaculture water, while reducing the daily workload and power consumption of the oxygen-increasing machine effectively. The system can realize the intelligent 24-hour security monitoring for the DO level of the aquaculture water.
