摘要： Based on the analysis of the new trend and characteristics of agricultural scientific innovation in the world, this paper expounds the necessity of scientific innovation, puts forward the strategic objectives of Chinese agricultural scientific innovation and countermeasures such as establishing innovation system, focusing the key issues of innovation, implementing the innovation projects, strengthening the construction of the innovation areas and bases, and increasing the investment for innovation etc.
