摘要: The development of real-time online bioaerosol detection technologies and instruments for the prevention and control of infectious diseases, environmental quality supervision, biological safety, and health protection has attracted increasing attention. Compared with single-wavelength-excitation laser-induced fluorescence technology, laser-induced fluorescence technology based on multi-wavelength excitation possesses major advantages in detection sensitivity and aerosol species discrimination. This article summarizes the progress of research on instruments based on multi-wavelength-excitation laser-induced fluorescence technology, and forecasts future research and development prospects, as well as provides a reference for the technical research and application of real-time online bioaerosol detection, especially for harmful pathogenic microbial aerosols, in the field of public safety.
