摘要: Long-term continuous cropping of sugar beet results in soil degradation, root diseases and decrease in sugar beet yield and quality in the black soil region of China, and its impact on the rhizosphere soil microbiomes is still indeterminate. Therefore, high-throughput sequencing was performed on the rhizosphere soil of the long-term sugar beet rotation fields during the 60 years (LRF) and the initial planting fields (IPF) to investigate the impact on structure and function of the fungal community. The results demonstrated that long-term rotation cropping resulted in significant decline in sugar beet productivity, community diversity of soil fungal community, and significant rise in the disease incidence rate and disease index of root rot. Compared to IPF, the increase in pathotroph and the reduction in saprotroph were responsible for the disease aggravation of LRF. The community composition of rhizosphere soil fungi significantly correlated with the yield and quality of sugar beet. In conclusion, long-term rotation of sugar beet worsened the diversity, composition and function of the rhizosphere soil fungal communities, which was the primary variable responsible for soil health of long-term rotation fields. The study provided a theoretical basis for improving the sugar beet productivity by ameliorating soil microbial community.
