摘要: Two new highly-oxygenated flavonoid glycosides, gossypetin-5-O-(6 ''-(E)-caffeoyl)-beta-d-glucoside (1) and herbacetin-5-O-(6 ''-(E)-caffeoyl)-beta-D-glucoside (2) were isolated from the leaves of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods including one-and two-dimensional NMR, and HR-ESI-MS. Compounds have potent DPPH radical scavenging activity with IC50 12.0 mu M (1) and 22.9 mu M (2) (Vc as positive control, IC50 59.0 mu M) and inhibitory activity onproliferation of preadipocyte 3T3-L1 cells.
