Effect of phosphate fertilizer addition on Stylosanthes green manure potassium at the manure microsite

摘要: To quantify P application effect on the mobilization and transformation of green manure (GM) potassium at the manure microsite, an incubation experiment was conducted. Stylosanthes GM (10 or 40 t ha(-1); GML or GMH) alone or co-applied with MCP (monocalcium phosphate containing 100 kg ha(-1) P2O5) and CK (control, added nothing) were added to soil cylinder surfaces and incubated for 14 and 28 days. The results indicate that K mobilization distance decreased or did not change after MCP addition except for water-soluble K in the GMH treatment and exchangeable K in the GML treatment after 28 d-incubation. Potassium content decreased or did not change after MCP addition except for the water-soluble K in the GMH treatment after 28-d incubation and exchangeable K in the GML treatment after 14 d-incubation. The results suggest that the supply of K from GM could be improved by the reduction of the rapid release in the initial short-term.
