摘要： The eighth session of the Third Plenary has pointed out to accelerate the establishment of ecological civilization system, improvement of the ecological and environmental protection system. Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, "8337" development ideas also proposed the locating of ecological barriers and strategies. This will make ecological environment become an important issue of construction and development in our region in the future. In recent years, the national and regional take the development of mining damage to the environment very seriously, but also increase investment and management efforts to govern and restore mine environment on a large scale. However the long-term mine environmental evaluation system of our region is still insufficiency. In this paper, prairie mining as an example, evaluation system of ecological restoration rapidly has been put forward constructively to implement Evaluation of uninterrupted recovery in the mine environment which has been used. This can largely prevent and avoid environmental governance and management through environmental supervision after acceptance.
