摘要: Chosing the E-beta-farnesene (the main component of aphid alarm pheromones) as the lead compound, ten new compounds were designed and synthesized in which the conjugae double bond was replaced by different substituent nitroguanidine. Their structures were confirmed by H-1 NMR, IR spectra and HRMS analysis. The results of biological tests indicated that compounds showed insecticidal activity against Myzus persicae, especially the compounds 9a similar to 9e showed higher insecticidal activity than that of E-beta-farnesene.
