摘要: This research is to investigate the process of Bromus ircutensis Kom's root growth and development during the seedling age. Three days as time step to sample seedling roots which grown in the greenhouse. After scanning the whole roots, we use EZ-Rhizo software to analysis the scanned pictures for obtaining parameters of morphology with roots. Finally, we analyze the data using EXCEL and SAS; In the process of microstructure observation, we observed the anatomical structures of roots by using dyeing and photograph method. The results showed that the development of the roots was mainly in the elongation development associated with series of dynamic changing in Bromus ircutensis Kom. Bromus ircutensis Kom belong to monocotyledons and the basic structure of its roots consisted of epidermis, cortex, and vascular cylinder. The vascular bundles of the roots were four and five prototype. The occurrence of lateral root originated in pericycle cells and was endogenous origin.
