摘要: The various forms of impact force the ship shaft system suffered in the process of ship's navigation can produce a lot of hidden troubles for the navigation safety; among which the propeller excitation has very obvious influence on the shaft system, so it is crucial to consider the influence of propeller exciting force on the vibration of ship shaft. In this paper, the power flow theory is introduced into the vibration of ship shaft, which can better explain the transfer characteristics of structural capacity. In this paper, the power flow of each bearing are tested under the vertical, horizontal and longitudinal vibration of propeller, and the impact of rotating speed and propeller excitation on power flow transfer are analyzed. Experimental results show that with the increase of rotational speed, the shaft power flow increases, which means the shafting vibration is strengthened; the shafting vertical power flow caused by propeller vertical excitation is larger; the shafting power flow is greater when closer to the excitation, and the power flow is attenuated from the propeller to the marine engine.
