Effect of Nanoselenium and Ferment Application on the Rhizosphere Soil of Kiwifruit

摘要: The interactions between the environment, soil microbes, and kiwifruit trees influence orchard ecosystem health, and understanding soil bacteria and fungi is key to assessing the impact of farming practices on soil nutrients. This study aims to investigate the effects of nanoselenium and enzyme-based fertilizers on soil physicochemical properties as well as the characteristics of inter-root bacteria and fungal communities, including their diversity and structure. These effects were assessed through chemical analysis and high-throughput sequencing of the 16 S rDNA and internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions. Nanoselenium treatment significantly increased the contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and Zn, as well as enzyme activities in the soil. Sequencing analysis revealed that the dominant fungal taxa were Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, and Zygomycota. The predominant bacterial taxa included Actinomycetota, Pseudomonadota, and Planctomycetota. The study of microbial changes under different agricultural practices provides valuable insights for sustainable land management.
