摘要： This paper based on the theory of science-technology value chain, introduced the concept and structure functions of potato science technology value chain, point out that Innovation management of potato science-technology is the key path to promote core competition of modern potato industry, and introduced the application results of potato science technology value chain in Sichuan province.
