摘要: Based on the concept of science-technology value chain, the overview, three-ring model of technology innovation and operating mechanism of the technological innovation strategic alliance of potato industry in China was introduced in this paper. This paper point out potential problems of the industry alliance, and put forward some suggestions for the development of the industry alliance.
