摘要: The leaves of regenerated Chieh-qua (Benincasa hispida Cogn. var. chieh-qua How.) plants from the fusaric acid (FA) resistance and other varieties with different resistance to fusarium wilt were examined to analyze the activity of peroxidase (POD), polyphenoloxidase (PPO), and the content of soluble protein when infected with Fusarium oxysporum. The activity of POD and PPO was greater in F. oxysporum treated plants compared to control. The content of soluble protein in three varieties was lower than that of the control, and significant difference was observed. It suggested that resistant mechanism to fusarium wilt in resistant clone selected in vitro were similar with that in resistant variety obtained by traditional method.
