SEMILETHAL TEMPRATURE AND COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF EIGHT KINDS OF GRAPE ROOTSTOCK OF HARDINESS

摘要: Eight kinds of imported grape rootstock hardiness are evaluated. One year old `5BB', `Shangheyihao', `SO4', `Kangzhensanhao', `Beida', `Shuanghong', `Beibinghong', `BK-1' grape rootstock branches as test materials, after -40 degrees C similar to 4 degrees C different cold stress treatment 12h, the determination of different varieties of grape rootstock branches of water loss rate, the change of the electrolyte leakage rate, germination rate, and comprehensive evaluation of 8 kinds of grape hardiness in the average of 3 indicators. The results show that electrolyte leakage rate of each type increased significantly with lower processing temperature; Germination rate decreases with the decrease of processing temperature. The cold resistance of 8 kinds of grape was evaluated with the average value of 3 indexes of different strains, and the results are consistent with the comprehensive evaluation results of the membership function method. Cold hardiness of grape variety tested membership function method, comprehensive evaluation, it was concluded that four selected varieties of grape rootstock of hardiness pecking order was: BK-1'> `Shuanghong'> `Beida'> `Shangheyihao'> `5BB'> `Beibinghong'> `Kangzhensanhao'> `SO4'.
