Determination of Aflatoxin B1 in Camellia Oleifera Seed by Immunoaffinity Column and High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: A method for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in camellia oleifera seed was established by immunoaffinity column and High Performance Liquid Chromatography. After being extracted with methanol-water, the sample extract was filtered, diluted with water and through to immunoaffinity column for cleaning, methanol dissolved the residues and then determination by post column derivatization HPLC fluorescence detection. Research results show that the detection limits of aflatoxin B1 reached 0.3 mu g/kg. The recovery were more than 85 %. And the sensitivity, accuracy and precision of this method were able to meet the requirements for sample analysis.
