A multienzyme cascade nanoplatform based on cerium metal organic framework for dual-channel visual detection of organophosphorus pesticides in food samples

摘要: The abuse of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) posed a great threat to the environment, food, and human health, therefore it was necessary to develop an efficient and convenient sensing platform for OPs. Herein, we reported a double enzyme cascade nanoplatform involving metal organic framework-based nanozyme (Ce-BDCNH2) and natural acid phosphatase (ACP) for the dual-channel (colorimetric and fluorometric) detection of parathion-methyl (PM). A low detection limit of 0.015 mu M and a detection range of 0.017-3.3 mu M for PM detection were obtained by monitoring both the absorption signal and fluorescence signal change. Additionally, on account of the obvious color and fluorescence change of the detecting system, a paper-based/smartphone sensing platform was constructed for visual analysis of PM in different food samples, and ideal recoveries were obtained. In conclusion, this work has laid a foundation for efficient and convenient detection of organic pollutants in real food samples.
