摘要: 黑斑原鮡为我国雅鲁藏布江特有鱼类,其皮肤补体系统在适应低温、急流水域特性中发挥着重要的作用。文章基于前期RNA-Seq数据检索黑斑原鮡(Glyptosternum maculatum)皮肤补体样组分,并对其结构域及高温应激后的基因表达水平进行了分析。结果表明:共获得79条补体样成分unigene,分别编码1个C1q结构域蛋白、1个含C1r结构域蛋白、3个纤维蛋白原相关蛋白、10个丝氨酸蛋白酶、11个含硫酯键蛋白、7个补体受体、14个补体调节因子及4个纤胶凝蛋白。结构域分析表明:黑斑原鮡补体样组分均含有相应的保守结构域,与其他鱼类补体组分的研究结果基本一致。经15℃养殖水温刺激后,79条补体样组分unigene中共有47条unigene表达上调,其中8条为模式识别受体unigene,结合其他鱼类补体组分的研究结果,推测黑斑原鮡已形成了一个含有多种补体组分的补体系统,且具有凝集素途径或替代途径行使补体的生物学功能。
