低pH水平对鱼类生理生化效应的影响研究

摘要: 本文研究了低 pH水平对鱼类血液电解质、血糖浓度和鳃组织酶活力影响。实验结果表明 :低pH水平对鲤鱼血液K+的含量明显高于正常水平 ,Na+含量明显低于正常值。低pH为 4 5— 5 0时 ,鲤鱼血糖明显升高 ,体重下降 ,抑制生长。pH值为 6 0时 ,2 1天起Na+-K+-ATPase酶活力明显下降 ,并有显著抑制作用 ( p <0 0 5) ,历经 30天有极显著抑制作用 ( p <0 0 1) ;pH值 6 0加铝时 ,2 1天有极显著抑制 (p<0 0 1) ,抑制作用达到 75% ;pH5 5~ 5 0加铝时 14天有极显著抑制 ( p <0 0 1) ,抑制作用达到 10 0 % ;pH4 5~ 4 0加铝时 7天同样有极显著抑制 (p <0 0 1) ,抑制作用达到 10 0 %。
