Research on ecological-economic value equilibrium path of aquatic products from trust perspective

摘要: Eco-aquatic products have two important attributes: food safety and eco-friendliness. However, in China, the market price of most eco-aquatic products is not significantly different from that of ordinary aquatic products, which fails to fully realize their ecological value and high quality. This paper analyzed the path of realizing the ecological value and economic value of aquatic products from the perspective of trust. Through the Company, and Jiangsu Yunian Agriculture and Forestry Ecological Development Company, this paper showed how to improve consumer trust through community participation, social network and government endorsement, aimed at maximizing the value of ecological aquatic products. The case analysis demonstrates that adhering to the concept of ecological priority and sustainable development, building regional or product brand, maintaining brand image, and innovating diversified business strategies can effectively promote the development of aquaculture industry to a healthier and more environmentally friendly direction, and achieve a win-win situation of economic and ecological benefits.
