摘要: Using molecular genetic markers to analyze the genetic basis of the growth characters of procambarus crustaceans and to find the markers or genes associated with the excellent growth characters is an important part of the study on the genetic breeding and breed improvement of procambarus crustaceans. The purpose of this paper is to find SNP markers related to growth traits for marker assisted selection based on EST sequence of cDNA library of procyanus clarkii. In this paper, the rapid amplification technology of cDNA terminal (RACE) was applied to the cathepsin L gene, trypsin gene and haidian amylase gene of procrayfish. Rt-pcr was used to detect the distribution of the genes in each tissue of procambarus clarkii and their expression characteristics in each stage of ovarian development or growth, so as to explore the expression regulation mechanism and function of these genes in procambarus clarkii. Through the screening of SNPS by resequencing in four wild populations, Sna Pshot technology was used to detect the typing of candidate SNP sites, and the correlation analysis of genotype results and growth traits was carried out, and the expression level was all less than 0.5. This study is helpful to accelerate the process of genetic improvement and breeding of new species.
