摘要: Insertion-deletion (InDel) markers are widely employed in genetic studies. The rapid advancement of DNA sequencing technology has enabled the development of a large number of InDel makers from the genomes of non-model plants to become more efficient and cost-effective. In this study, we identified 29 polymorphic InDel markers utilized in conservation genetics using the Kandelia obovata genome resequencing dataset. PIC values ranged from 0.186 to 0.375 while the values of H-o and H-e varied from 0.118 to 0.471 and from 0.208 to 0.500, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, this is by far the most extensive set of InDel markers generated for K. obovata. These markers might prove valuable to further the collective understanding of geographically distinct populations, evolutionary relationships, as well as the conservation genetics of K. obovata.
