Isolation and characterization of 16 microsatellite loci in an endangered fish Ussuri cisco, Coregonus usssruensis

摘要: Sixteen polymorphic microsatellite loci were isolated from an enriched genomic library of Ussuri cisco, Coregonus usssruensi. The polymorphism of these loci was tested on a population of 30 individuals captured from Heilongjiang River. The number of observed alleles per locus ranged from 3 to 18. The expected and observed heterozygosity values ranged from 0. 126 to 0. 919 and 0. 133 to 0. 833, respectively. Five loci significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium after Bonferroni correction. No significant linkage disequilibrium was detected. These polymorphic markers will be used to assess population structure in Ussuri cisco.
