摘要: The Hedgehog (Hh) pathway was initially identified as essential for development and tumorigenesis. In addition to its well-established and indispensable roles within the primary cilium, some components of this pathway have demonstrated more general functions in cell cycle progression. Therefore, this review aims to summarize recent advancements regarding the crosstalk among the Hh pathway, the primary cilium, and the cell cycle, while also highlighting potential issues that may arise in future research.
