摘要: Millet is one of the most important grain crops. The effect of selenium on the nutritional status of millet has not been reported. Three concentrations of selenium fertilizer were experimented to study the effects of effect of selenium on the nutritional status of millet. The selenium concentration in millet proved that that 450 mL/666.67m(2) is the best dosage that the selenium content is the highest. All the results indicated that selenium fertilizer could improve the nutritional quality especially most important nutrition beneficial for human health, selenium, protein, starch, vitamin, linolenic acid and trace elements.
