摘要: Grafting grapevines onto resistant rootstocks is an effective way to improve berry quality and resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses. In this study, we focused on growth parameters, yield and fruit quality of 'Marselan' grafted onto eight rootstocks, including '101-14M', '11OR', '188-08', '3309C', '5BB', '5C', 'SO4', and frequently-used rootstock 'Beta'. Large differences were noted between rootstocks for many metrics examined, including yield, fruit quality, and vine vigor. Compared with 'Beta', '5C', '5BB' and '3309C' obtained higher vine vigor, except shoot length. Highest cumulative yields (2014-2017) in the trial produced by '11OR', '5C', 'SO4', and '3309C' rootstocks were significantly higher than 'Beta'. 'Marselan' grafted on '101-14M' produced highest TSS, TPH, Tannin and anthocyanin, while smallest cumulative yields, TA and juice, which were both significantly different from 'Beta'. Our findings provide a valuable insight into rootstock breeding programs for grapevine.
