摘要: The roots of most crops need adequate oxygen supply, which promotes and satisfies their growth in water and nutrient uptake. Insufficient oxygen in soil can inhibit root respiration, and it has a serious impact on plant growth. Good aeration in rhizosphere can promote the vitality and reproduction of aerobic microorganisms. Soil organic matter decomposes rapidly, while mineralization has accelerated obviously. Nitrogen-containing organic matter can rapidly carry out ammoniation and nitrification process, which is conducive to the absorption and utilization of crops. For the cold region of Northeastern China, soil ventilation is the key factor affecting the growth and development of rice seedlings. According to the existing model of rice seedling raising in the cold region of Northeastern China, this paper tries to optimize and construct the model of rice seedling raising by direct aeration in pipeline. Taking pipeline depth, pipeline spacing, and the frequency and duration of aeration as control variables, orthogonal experiments designed to determine the parameters of seedling root diameter, and the various parameters effects of pipeline layout on seedling growth have analyzed. The results showed that the root growth of rice seedlings was gas-driven, and oxygen supply in root zone had a significant effect on the growth of rice seedlings. Among the control variables, the time interval of oxygen supply had the most significant effect on seedling growth.
