A new model for quorum sensing and image simulation of plant rhizosphere microorganisms

摘要: Super-resolution technology is a method of reconstructing corresponding high-resolution images from observed low-resolution images. It has important application value in monitoring equipment, satellite images and medical images. In this paper, the author analyzes the quorum sensing and image simulation of plant rhizosphere microorganisms based on image compression sensing. By constructing an image algorithm based on compressed sensing, the performance of image recognition and analysis can be effectively improved. Quorum sensing (QS) is the physiological behavior of bacteria that can be regulated by gene expression through the proliferation of small molecule tautological signal molecules to perceive cell population density changes. On this basis, the population induction effect of acid red soil on plant rhizosphere microorganisms was analyzed. The results include: (1) The dynamic changes of Awls content in rhizosphere soils of different plant species in acid soils at different growth stages were studied. (2) The molecular mechanism of plant-soil-microorganism interaction under acid stress was explored. (3) The effects of environmental factors on the diversity of bacterial communities of animals and plants were explained by rank sum test. The results of this study can be used for reference in analyzing the symbiotic mechanism of plant rhizosphere microorganisms in soil.
