Synthesis and modification of MIL-101(Cr) and its applications in the adsorption of food hazard factors: A review

摘要: MIL-101(Cr) is a porous metal-organic framework material with excellent adsorptive performance, structural stability, unique pore structure, and adjustable surface properties, making it great potential for adsorption applications. Given the increasing prominence of food safety issues, developing efficient and environmentally friendly food pre-treatment methods is particularly urgent. MIL-101(Cr) is widely used as a versatile material. Indepth research on the preparation, modification, and application of MIL-101(Cr) has shown that optimizing the preparation method can significantly enhance its performance in practical applications. Modification can further improve the adsorptive performance of the material for specific pollutants. Studying the adsorption of the food hazard factors (FHFs) in MIL-101(Cr) in food pre-treatment can provide new technical means for analyzing FHFs. Additionally, current problems and challenges associated with the material, as well as its future development directions, were discussed.
