摘要: identification of genetic main effects and genotype x environment (GE) interaction effects of endosperm, cytoplasm and maternal plant at various filling stages of rice (Oryza sativa L.) in 2 years was conducted for brown rice recovery (BRR). Parents of seven cytoplasmic male sterile lines and five restorer lines of indica rice were used to produce grain of F1s and F2S in two environments (years) for developmental genetic analysis. The genetic effects, especially for the GE interaction effects of endosperm, cytoplasm and maternal plant, were important for the performance of BRR at different filling stages of rice. The total narrow-sense heritability values at four filling stages for BRR were about 73.6, 62.5, 70.5 and 76.4%, respectively. It was shown that net genetic effects of endosperm or maternal dominance effect and net GE interaction effects were mostly found at filling stages for BRR, but not for endosperm or maternal additive effect and cytoplasm effect. The genetic effects of gene expression were most active at early filling stage of rice. Some net genetic effects, especially for net cytoplasmic effects and maternal additive or dominance interaction effects spasmodically expressed were detected among filling stages of rice.
