摘要： Cyprinid herpesvirus 2 (CyHV-2) is a pathogen of Prussian carp (Carassius auratus gibelio), which results in a high mortality rate. A pathogenic CyHV-2 strain, SY20120326-1 (GenBank Accession No.: KC154034), was isolated from C. auratus gibelio. The biological characteristics and the pathogenicity of the virus were investigated. The pathogenicity of the virus was high for C. auratus gibelio at 15 degrees C-30 degrees C, pH 5.0-10.0 and 0-20 g.L-1 salinity. However, the virus lost its pathogenicity after treatment with chloroform and ether. In addition, it was only pathogenic to the goldfish C. auratus and C. auratus gibelio. The results of this study can serve as a foundation for further studies on this virus.
